The CSE Division is part of the Innovation Unit of Nippon Sanso Corporation.We provide advanced technology solutions for the electronics industry, with a primary focus on the sales, engineering, and support of MOCVD systems used in compound semiconductor manufacturing.Leveraging decades of expertise in gas-handling technologies, ultra-high-vacuum engineering, and precision process control, we deliver integrated solutions that enhance reliability and efficiency across semiconductor production.We collaborate closely with our group company Nippon Sanso ATI and our Tsukuba Research Laboratory, which drive further research and process development.
